Settings

On the left side of the testing playground, you will find some settings.

  • You can link your Shopify store in the logistic inquiry settings.
  • The next setting is system integration which is very important where you will find the option to integrate your AI chatbot into your system. You will find a vast number of options where you can go with Lift Chat if you want to integrate it into your website. Now you can configure the chatbot from there.

1.    First of all, the appearance and personalization where you can add

  • An AI chatbot avatar
  • Choose a life chat icon
  • AI chatbot name
  • Signature
  • Resident function
  • Live chat dimensions and theme colour.
  • In the end, you will find the model output setting.

Once everything is set, hit the save button.

2.    All right after the appearance and personalization configuration you will find the trigger configuration.

  • First of all the welcome message is where you can find the default welcome message or custom also.
